Nozzles are one of the smallest and cheapest parts on a sprayer. They are also one of the most important parts on a sprayer.  The wrong/damaged or worn nozzle can have catastrophic effects on the target area resulting in:      

- Severe damage (particularly in the case of fine turf)
- Lack of effect on weed, pest or disease
- Over application (potentially Illegal)

It is vitally important to check each nozzles output on a regular basis. Nozzles with 5% or more variant should be changed.
